On the 5th of December, Nervión Industries, assembled the top module which completes the first jacket (latticework structure which will support offshore wind turbines) of the 29 that Navantia is building at its installations in Fene for the wind farm WIKINGER to be managed by the Spanish electricity company IBERDROLA in the North Sea.

This represents a major milestone in the project and confirms the high hopes that Nervión and Navantia have placed in this new sector in Spain. The Company expects to complete the 29 structures contracted between now and summer 2016.
