This Legal Notice regulates the use of the website www.nervionindustries.com (hereinafter, the “Website”) that the company NERVIÓN INDUSTRIES, ENGINEERING AND SERVICES, S.L. (hereinafter, “NERVION”) makes available to any user (hereinafter, the “User”).

Through the Website, Users can access information on the different business areas, services and products marketed by NERVION, as well as events and corporate news (hereinafter, the “Content”).

 

1. Users and Information Data

Access to and/or use of the Website confers the condition of User on those who access and/or use it, accepting, from that very moment, fully and without reservation, these general conditions.

NERVION may establish additional limitations and/or conditions for the use and/or access to the Website and/or the Content, which must be observed by Users in all cases.

Likewise, the User undertakes to refrain from:

  • Using the Contents for purposes that are unlawful, prohibited, harmful to the rights and interests of third parties, or which in any way may damage, render useless, overload, deteriorate or prevent the normal use of the Website, computer equipment or documents, files and all types of content stored on any computer equipment owned by NERVION or third parties.

5. Exclusion of Guarantees and Liability

NERVION does not provide any guarantee and accepts no liability, under any circumstances, for damages of any kind that may arise from access to or use of the Contents or the Website.

7. Links introduction

10. Actions in the case of non-compliance

NERVION reserves the right to take any action available at law to demand any liability arising from the breach by a User of any of the provisions of these General Terms and Conditions of use of the Website.

 

11. Applicable Legislation and Jurisdiction

This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law. NERVION and the Users, expressly waiving their own jurisdiction, submit to the Courts and Tribunals of BILBAO for the resolution of any disputes which may arise from the use of the Website and its Content.
