The User undertakes to use the Website and the Content in accordance with the law and these General Terms and Conditions (and any subsequent amendments thereto) as well as with generally accepted Internet customs and public order.
NERVION may establish additional limitations and/or conditions for the use and/or access to the Website and/or the Content, which must be observed by Users in all cases.
Likewise, the User undertakes to refrain from:

7. Links introduction

11. Applicable Legislation and Jurisdiction
This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law. NERVION and the Users, expressly waiving their own jurisdiction, submit to the Courts and Tribunals of BILBAO for the resolution of any disputes which may arise from the use of the Website and its Content.
