Purpose: We process the information you provide in order to recruit prospective employees for Nervión Industries, Engineering and Services, S.L. and the companies within its corporate group (a list of the group companies is available at www.nervionindustries.com).
Lawful basis: The processing is based on your consent, as expressed by voluntarily submitting your application and other personal data (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You may withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal.
Recipients: Your data will be disclosed exclusively to other companies within the Nervión Industries Group for the same recruitment purpose described above. No other disclosures to third parties or international transfers of personal data are envisaged.
Retention period: Your data will be retained unless you instruct us otherwise and, in any event, for no longer than one year from the date on which it was provided if it is not updated. Once that period has elapsed, it will be deleted.
Rights: You have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether Nervión Industries, Engineering and Services, S.L. is processing your personal data and, accordingly, you have the right to:
- Access your personal data.
- Rectify inaccurate data.
- Request erasure of your data where it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
- Request restriction of the processing of your data, in which case we will retain it solely for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
- Object to the processing of your data.
- Request the portability of your data in the circumstances provided for by law.
You may exercise these rights by submitting a written request to the data controller and enclosing proof of identity.
You are also informed of your right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) if you consider that the processing does not comply with the applicable legislation.
