The mechanical assembly work at the De-SOx area (M49A) at the “Litoral de Almeria” station is proceeding well. The work to adapt the existing installations to comply with the requirements of the European IED (Industrial Emissions Directive) has made this great project possible, together with  ENEL Ingegneria e Ricerca SPA.

Scheduled to last 26 months, and with nearly 200,000 hours of execution work envisaged, this project has become one of the most important industrial assembly endeavours currently under way. Between dismantling and assembly of metallic structure, conduits, ventilators, the GGH rotor and the remaining equipment and tanks, the work undertaken by NERVIÓN Industries shall involve handling over 4,000 tonnes.
